Telemedicine appointments are available when medically appropriate. Some concerns require an in-person examination or testing, and the office will explain when an office visit is recommended.

When a virtual visit may be appropriate

Suitability depends on the reason for the visit, the information needed for safe care, and applicable requirements. The office will confirm whether a virtual visit is appropriate.

  • Join from a quiet, private location when possible.
  • Use a reliable internet connection and a device with video and audio.
  • Have an up-to-date list of your medications available.
  • Have any forms, records, or other information requested by the office ready.

When an in-person visit is needed

Some concerns require a physical examination, testing, or information that cannot be obtained adequately by video. The office will explain the recommended next step.
